The Process
01. Place your order
After placing your order from one of our collections on our website, you’ll receive an email with a form to complete. Update this form to share your event details and colour preferences.
Once submitted, we’ll craft the first draft of your chosen design and email you a design proof for you review within 3-5 working business days.
02. Design & Review
Take your time reviewing the design proof and request changes to colours or wording as needed.
Your order includes up to two rounds of revisions, though most designs are perfected in just one round! Revisions are completed within 2-5 business days.
04. Delivery
Once your stationery has been printed, it will be carefully checked, packed and posted out to you. Delivery timeframes within Australia is 1-2 business days for express and 3-4 business days for standard delivery.
03. Production
After you approve the final design proof and are 100% happy with it, we’ll begin print production. We work with the best Australian printers to bring you high quality paper and printing. Production time can vary depending on the printing method.

Print Options
Digital
A printing method using flat ink colours on the paper, leaving a smooth finish.
We recommend using medium-dark ink tones on light-medium coloured card stocks for best results or for dark coloured card stocks, white ink digital printing is also available.

Letterpress
Created with a custom-made metal plate, your design is pressed into the paper with matte inks, creating a beautiful impression into the paper. This is great for 300+gsm stocks, however we recommend you select 600gsm for letterpress, as the thicker the stock is, the deeper the letterpress impression will leave. Not suitable for dark coloured stock.

Hot-foil
Similar to the letterpress print method, foil is stamped into the paper using heat and pressure, leaving a slight impression of a metallic, shiny finish. Available in gold, rose gold, champagne gold and silver foil. Other foil colours available upon request.
Works beautifully with both dark and
light-coloured paper stocks.
